Yes, the guest Customer's orders can be synchronized from OpenCart to QuickBooks in OpenCart QuickBooks Connector.
When a guest customer places an order in OpenCart, a default customer gets created in QuickBooks.
All the details of orders which have been placed by a guest customer will get stored in default customer.
