Seller-Buyer Chat feature app of the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace lets your customers chat with you. Customers can directly communicate with Sellers about anything related to the product, price, shipping, etc.
Admin can also view chat history and reply to customers.
The query can be closed by the Admin/Seller once the communication ends.
Seller-Buyer Chat feature app comes with 3 plans:
Configuration Admin End:
Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel > Click on three dots on top right > Seller Buyer Chat
> Seller Buyer Chat > View a particular Seller > here Admin can view payment history of Sellers, enable/disable Chat service for that particular Seller & edit chat cost.
> Seller Buyer Chat Plan > Here Admin can Change his Seller Buyer Chat Plan, deactivate his service and can view his payment history.
> Chat Settings > Here Admin can configure billing settings like Billing Day, Billing Basis, Chat Cost, Billing Grace Period > Save.
Admin needs to enable a Payment Method using which he wants his Sellers to pay for the Seller Buyer Chat plan.
Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel > Configuration > Payment Details > Activate.
Configuration Seller End:
Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel > Seller Buyer Chat
> Chat Payment > here Seller can view Chat Payment details.
> Seller Buyer Chat > Seller can enable/disable the chat server & select the Payment Method > Save.
