Yes, the admin can delete the store in Magento Store Pickup. For this, the admin has to navigate through StorePickup->Add/Manage Stores.
Under Add/Manage Stores, the admin has to select a store and click on delete button under Actions option and submit. The admin can also enable or disable the store from here.
