To notify Magento 2 abandoned carts over WhatsApp to your customers you must have the Magento 2 Abandoned Cart and Magento 2 WhatsApp ChatBot & Order Notifications installed on your Magento 2 website.
After that, whenever a customer abandons a cart an email notification and a WhatsApp notification will be sent to the customer for their abandoned cart.
