Yes, the admin can edit or delete the quotes placed by the buyer in Magento 2 Quote System Marketplace. For this, the admin has to navigate through Marketplace Management -> Marketplace Quote System->Marketplace Quote Manager.
After clicking on Edit, the admin will be able to edit the quote, like changing the status of a quote or enter a message for a particular quote.
