As per prestashop standards if a cart has multiple products with different shipping methods on each product, then separate order will be generated at back-end to admin and front-end to buyers.
With seller shipping module, each seller will have their own shipping methods on their products and hence separate orders will be generated for each seller.
Each seller can update the status of their order as per their convenience. There will be no effect on the order, if one of the seller cancel their order and another shipped their order.
Each seller will receive separate mails for their orders with the detail of their products.
