No, the module cannot be used for sub domain concept. By default, prestashop do not allow creating subdomain for sellers such as
Admin site - marketplace.com and you want to have link for sellers as follows-
Seller 1- seller1.marketplace.com
Seller 2- seller2.marketplace.com
Seller 3- seller3.marketplace.com
But, in our marketplace module you can create a SEO friendly seller profile, shop link in the following format-
marketplace.com/seller1
marketplace.com/seller2
marketplace.com/seller3
