Seller can set their own single/multiple shipping methods as “default shipping” method to be applied on all the newly added products.
Seller can also apply single/multiple shipping methods on all the existed products at once.
Admin need to approve the shipping method, then only seller can assign those shipping to their products.
Currently sellers are not able to assign admin's shipping methods to their products.
Sellers cannot add tax rate to their shipping amount.
