Let your Customers chat with you | Seller-Buyer Chat

Seller-Buyer Chat feature app of the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace lets your customers chat with you. Customers can directly communicate with Sellers about anything related to the product, price, shipping, etc.

Admin can also view chat history and reply to customers. 

The query can be closed by the Admin/Seller once the communication ends.

Configuration Admin End:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel > Click on three dots on top right > Featured App>Seller Buyer Chat

> Seller Buyer Chat > View a particular Seller > here, Admin can enable/disable Chat service for that particular Seller

The admin needs to enable a payment method, which he wants his sellers to use to pay for the Seller Buyer Chat plan.

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel > Configuration > Payment Details >  Activate.

Configuration Seller End:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel > Configuration> Seller Buyer Chat > Seller Buyer Chat > Seller can enable/disable the chat server
