How do I create a coupon code in Shopify?

To create a coupon code or gift card on your Shopify store, follow the steps given below:

• Log in to your Shopify account (backend)
• Go to Products
• Click on the ‘Gift Cards’ menu

• Now, this is the page which will display after your previous action:

• Click on the ‘Issue gift card’ menu as marked in the image above
• A pop-up will display

• Configure the gift card details as per your requirement and click on Issue gift card button
• You can select your customers from here as well so that they will receive an automatic email regarding this or you may also do this manually by copy-pasting the code and sending your customers email about the coupon code.
• You can set the expiry date for your code.
