Steps to Login and use Webkul Helpdesk?

• Raise your Support Request.
• Check the Inbox of your used Email ID to set the password.

• Then Login to the Helpdesk.

Briefing out each and every option available on your Helpdesk Dashboard:

Ticket Requests - List of all the raised support requests.
New Ticket Request - To raise any further support request.

ACCOUNT:-

Tickets - List of all raised support request.
New Ticket Request - To raise any further support request.

Profile - Your profile and information.

Accounts - Merge your account with any other pre-existing accounts that you might have
Downloads -  To download Helpdesk Tickets (all your related data).
Sign Out - To log out Helpdesk System.
