Once the product gets back in stock, the customer will receive an email regarding the product availability.
A customer needs to visit the order details page where he can find the "COMPLETE PREORDER" button. On clicking the button, a customer is redirected to the cart page where he can pay the remaining amount in case he has paid a partial or custom amount and complete the preorder.
