As per the standard flow of the module, only one invoice will be generated for an order, on behalf of the admin store.
Further, we have a marketplace extension “Marketplace Seller Invoice”, this module automatically sends sellers' invoice to the buyers. Buyers will receive the invoice from the admin on behalf of the seller(s) on a single mail. Sellers will have the functionality to forward the invoices to the Admin from the Order detail page.
