Without using any extra add-on you can apply a discount via the pricelist method on Odoo multi-vendor marketplace. By enabling the field Product Pricing; you can provide your seller the access to use the price list feature.
Moreover, we also have several discounts providing add-ons with the help of which you can provide discounts to your customers.
