Restricting Product Type in Multivendor Marketplace app for Shopify

The product type is a category used to manage products. The product type is used to create automated collections by setting conditions while adding the product or it may be useful to filter your products. 

Now, if the admin doesn't want his Seller to add new product types to avoid disturbance in his product organization or he wants to restrict his Sellers to only add products of the types which he has added from his side then the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace gives the Admin an option to do so.

The Admin can restrict product type from his end by this process:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> Restrictions Configuration >> Disable the Restrict Product Type option and Save.

Mark that: After restricting product type, the Admin needs to add product types that he wants his sellers to use which adding products to the store. 

How to add product types?

Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel > Products > Product Type > Add Product Type.
