In Magento 2 Pre-order module, the admin can display a pre-order product without showing it’s product availability date on the frontend.
If in case, the admin doesn’t want to the display the product availability date of a pre-order product on the front-end. Then, the admin will leave the Product availability field empty on the product edit page and save the configuration.
And on the frontend, it will not display the product availability date.
