Yes, the seller can add products (simple, configurable, virtual & downloadable) in bulk/mass using CSV files with the help of an add-on known as Woo-Commerce Mass Upload Marketplace Add-on.
This particular add-on also allows the admin to upload products in bulk on behalf of any seller from the admin panel.
Note: WooCommerce Marketplace Mass Upload Plugin is an add-on of WordPress WooCommerce Multi Vendor Marketplace Plugin. To use this plugin you must have installed first WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Plugin.
