To connect the Magento 2 store with the Microsoft Power BI you can make use of the Magento 2 Power BI Connector. Use this connector to create reports for orders and invoices at the Power BI console and then import them into your Magento 2 store.
You can export the store order and invoice data to Power BI to create the reports then from the Magento 2 store end you can import these reports as visualizations.
