In the extension of Frequently Bought Together for Magento 2. You can navigate from the backend, you can group commonly purchased items. The following are the steps to take. Product --> Edit any product --> Catalog —>Product —> Go to the section "Frequently Bought Together" —> Add your product to a list of items that are frequently purchased together.
