How to set vendor/seller signup in a different page in Magento 2 Marketplace?

To create a separate registration page for the sellers in the Marketplace Multi Vendor Module for Magento 2 the admin has to follow these steps:-

Go to Stores>Configuration>Marketplace>Landing Page Settings and disable Display Seller Registration Block on Customer Registration Page.
Then, select either the Layout 2 or 3 in Marketplace Landing Page Layout.
Configure additional settings for seller registration page such as – banner, title, icon, etc.

On the front-end, the seller registration link will be visible in the footer section as Sell.
