Yes, the admin of the marketplace can now make a mass/bulk payout to multiple marketplace sellers at a time thereby reducing the number of steps and easing out the payout process. For making the mass payouts within the marketplace, you need to have installed the Magento 2 Marketplace Vendor Mass Payout extension.
