Yes, the Opencart marketplace module supports all the LTR and RTL languages including Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese and Japanese.
If you want to change the language of the module then you can change the module keywords.
For this, you need to copy all the language files from the English language directory and paste all of them into the required language directory in the same structure as it was in the English language.
