What does the Directory Listing feature do?

Enabling the directory listing option will let you create a directory listing product. What this does is, all the directory listing products will be having a 'Buy Now' button instead of 'Add to Cart' button and by clicking on that 'Buy Now' button will redirect them to the page where you want them to, it can be the Seller's own store's product link. 

Another definition can be that if you want your customers to check out for those products from a different page/website then this is a perfect way to do that.

• How to enable this feature?

Follow the process:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> Product Configuration >> enable the directory listing option from here >> copy-paste the code given below in product-template.liquid file:

• How to add a directory listing product?

Follow the process:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> products >> Product Listing >> +Add Product >> Choose product as directory listing product >> enter the details as usual >> From additional details section on the same page add the *'Directory listing product URL' >> save changes

*Directory listing product URL- The URL where you want the customers to get redirected to.
