Multivendor Marketplace for Shopify: Seller Membership Feature App

You all know that the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace app enables the Admin to allow various Sellers to sell their products on his platform and much more.

The point is what if you can charge each Seller to first get registered on your Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Store on the basis of Membership Plans made by you and then sell their products on your platform?

I know this sounds amazing and you can easily do this by enabling our Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Membership feature app. 

A quick look at its workflow:

• Admin needs to enable this app from the feature app section of the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace app.
• Now, Admin needs to make Membership Plans for the Sellers.
• Whenever a Seller is edited or created on the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace app, Membership Plans will be displayed on the screen and one has to choose from it.
• Admin can also set commissions on the basis of Membership plans i.e., Membership Wise Commission and this will be having the highest priority among any other commission.
• Admin can enable/disable the Seller Membership.
• Admin can also allow Sellers to deactivate their memberships.
• Admin can add payment methods through which he wants to receive the membership payments from the Sellers.

• How to configure this app?

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> Membership Configuration 

Here, you can enable options like if you want to allow Sellers to deactivate membership plans or not, provide membership plan link on Seller dashboard header or not and much more.

• How to create Seller Membership Plans?

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Sellers >> Seller Membership Plans >> +Create New Plan >> enter the required details >> Save.

• How to set Commissions on membership plans?

When you create a new membership plan, on the same page you will get an option saying 'Set Commission by Membership Plan', enable this option, enter the % value of the commission and Create Plan.

• From where the Admin can view the list of Sellers with the membership plans that they are using?

• How to set membership for a Seller?

While editing an already added Seller or while creating a new one, Admin can select the membership plan for that Seller whereas, when a Seller registers himself, he will get a Membership Plan pop-up from which he needs to select one and then proceed.

• How to set payment modes for Sellers to pay for the Seller Membership?

Here, Admin can activate any method that he wishes to. The different methods that we have here are Braintree, Deduct from total earnings, Manual, Payfast, Payfast recurring, PayPal, Stripe.
