Let's break the Stock Management algorithm into a much simpler explanation:
The configuration that needs to be done from the Admin's side:
After enabling this featured app, go to Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> Fulfillment Configuration >> here Admin can add label and logo for the message that will be displayed on the Product Page showing who is fulfilling this product's order.
Where can Admin find the Fulfillment Requests received from the Seller?
Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Fulfillment Request >> from here the Admin can enable/disable the requests.
The configuration that needs to be done from the Seller's side:
Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel >> Configuration >> Fulfillment Configuration >> select who will fulfill the products.
What if the Seller decides to fulfill the order by himself?
In this case, the Seller needs to upload a logo that will be visible on the product page denoting that the Seller himself is fulfilling the product's order.
What if the Seller decides that the Admin will fulfill the order?
In this case, in every order, the Seller needs to send the Product Quantity to the Admin.
How a Seller can send Product Quantities to the Admin?
Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel >> Products >> Product Listing >> Edit (Action column) >> More Action >> Send It >> enter the quantity >> send to merchant.
Admin can receive the quantity from the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Products >> Stock Product section. Similarly, Seller can view the list of products sent from the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel >> Products >> Stock Product section.
