We provide 3 months free support from the date of purchase of the module, i.e. if there are any error in the module we will get them corrected.

    • In support fee only existing issues will be fixed like something is not working as described in module demo or doc.
    • You can also have the updated version of the module.
    • Our support do not include the customization or any change in the module.

 >>If you want full installation support then you need to pay the installation amount of the module.

>> You can also purchase extra support period anytime once the 3 months support period is over.

When the support period expired, we request you to purchase the support period from https://store.webkul.com by following the simple steps :

1) Login to https://store.webkul.com
2) Go to “My Order” menu, there you find the list of all the orders with the details about the expiration of the support.
3) There you will find a link to extend and pay for the support period.
