Magento 2 Mobile app is a standalone app for Magento 2. It does not have Marketplace features.
However, if you are using our Multi Vendor module for Magento 2. Then you can use of Magento 2 Multi Vendor Mobile app. This mobile app provides the vendor features.
In the app, vendors can login, add products, manage accounts, etc. Also, customers can see vendors' products and profiles.
