This is another very useful Multivendor Marketplace featured app.

Objective: By enabling this featured app, the Admin can let his Sellers (who have a store on WooCommerce) to sync their WooCommerce store's products with the Admin's Shopify Store.

Pros

  • The Sellers can very easily sync their WooCommerce Store's products with the Shopify Store.
  • The Admin has the right to enable or deny the products added by his Sellers.
  • The Sellers will get three methods to import products: By date range, product ID & Product slug.
  • The product inventory gets updated automatically on the Admin's store once an order is created on the Seller's WooCommerce store.

Cons:

  • Only Normal products can be imported, the Seller can't import Digital products.
  • Product variants should be equal to or less than 100.
  • Products should have quantity & price updated.

Configure Admin's End:

There is no configuration needed from the Admin's end. The Admin just needs to install the featured app and then from Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> Instructions for Marketplace >> Here, the Admin will get the 'Delivery URL' which the Admin needs to share with his WooCommerce Sellers as they will be needing it while configuring Webhook from WooCommerce store.

Configure Seller's End:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel >> Configuration >> WooCommerce Configuration >> Enter WooCommerce Store URL, WooCommerce Weight Unit, API & Secret Key >> Save.

How will the Seller get the API & Secret Key?

The Seller needs to login Wordpress >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Advanced >> Rest API >> Generate API Key.

How to add WebHook?

The seller needs to add WebHook so that the product inventory gets updated automatically on both the platforms (WooCommerce & Shopify).

The Seller needs to login Wordpress >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Advanced >> WebHooks >> Enter the desired details >> Save WebHook.

Category Mapping:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel >> Configuration >> WooCommerce Configuration >> Map Collection >> Enter Collection name of Merchant Store & Collection name of Seller's WooCommerce store >> Save.

Tag Mapping:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel >> Configuration >> WooCommerce Configuration >> Map Tags >> Enter Tag name of Merchant Store & Tag name of Seller's WooCommerce store >> Save.

Import Products from WooComerce to Shopify:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel >> Configuration >> WooCommerce Configuration >> Import Products from WooCommerce.

It can be done by any of the provided methods: By date range, product ID or Product slug.

The Sellers will have imported products in Products >> Product Listing page in an approval pending page.

How will the Admin approve the imported products?

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Products >> Product Listing >> Here, the Admin can enable/deny the products. If denied, he needs to give a valid reason for denying the product.
