By enabling this option admin allows both the admin and seller to add additional information when closing a query.
To enable this tab admin needs to navigate to the Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel > Asked Question Configuration > Enable the “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED ON CLOSE QUERY” setting.
