Invoice Request Mail in Customer Order Management

By enabling this feature, the admin allows sellers to receive email notifications for invoice requests from customers. 

To enable, the Admin needs to navigate to the Admin panel of the Marketplace >> Configuration >> COM Configuration >> Enable Customer Order Management >> Enable Invoice Request Mail
