If the product description was updated directly on Shopify, please ensure that the Dual Sync feature is enabled so the changes can be properly synchronized to the Multivendor Marketplace App.

If dual sync is enabled and you still face the issue, you can simply use the "Sync with Store/Sync Product" option to reflect the changes on the Multivendor Marketplace App.
