By enabling this feature the admin allows sellers to directly manage customer returns by updating the status of RMA requests.

To enable, the Admin needs to navigate to the Admin panel of the Marketplace >> Configuration >> COM Configuration >> Enable Customer Order Management >> Enable Request Status
