Multivendor Marketplace for Shopify: SMS Alert Feature App

The notifications related to new order placement were sent to the Admin/Seller via Email.

By enabling this featured app, the Admin/Seller will get notified about the new orders placed via SMS. Enabling this app will integrate the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace with Clockwise SMS Tool for sending automated messages.

 

 

Configuration:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel > Orders 

> SMS Settings > Enable order notification for Admin as well as Seller, enter the From Name for both Admin and Seller and enter the SMS Content for both > Save.

> SMS Gateway Settings > under Action (click on three dots) > Activate > Enter the API Key > Save.

To get the API Key, you need to create an account on Clockwork and select a Clockwork Plan as per your requirements (the number of messages sent will be as per the plan you have selected).

Create a Clockwork account by going to the link given below:

Few Points To Remember:

  • Enter the contact number registered with the clockworksms.com in your Shopify Multivendor Marketplace as well.

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel > Configuration > General Configuration.

  • Enter the number with country code and should start without '0' or '+'.
  • Similarly, the Seller needs to enter his/her contact number with country code and without putting '0' or '+' as a prefix with the number.

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel > Profile > My Account.
