Magento 2 Marketplace module supports all the LTR and RTL languages including Arabic, Hebrew,  Chinese and Japanese. If you want to change the language of the module then you can change the module keywords. For this, you will need to upload a CSV file with updated language keywords in the same format as it was for the English language.
