The Shopify Multivendor Marketplace AirSpeed Shipping featured app will let you manage fulfillment on a priority basis. The Admin and the Seller both will have an option to Notify the Courier about the prepared order that needs to be shipped to the customer.
Seller will manage order fulfillment and generate shipping labels for fulfilled orders.
AirSpeed Shipping has the highest fulfillment priority among all the other shipping methods.
Also, there is no requirement of adding a tracking number and shipping method while fulfilling the order as this information gets fetched automatically from the AirSpeed Shipping details configuration.
Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> AirSpeed Shipping Configuration >> Enable the sandbox mode only if you want to test the functionality of this shipping >> Enter the AirSpeed Client ID, Token ID and waybill Prefix >> Save.
To get these details, the Admin needs to get registered to AirSpeed Shipping Courier and for the AirSpeed Waybill Prefix, he needs to contact AirSpeed Courier.
Note: Using this shipping method, it will be mandatory for the customers to enter their contact number at checkout.
To make the contact number mandatory at checkout, follow this process:
Shopify Admin Panel Backend >> Settings >> Checkout >> Form options >> mark the shipping address phone number as required >> Save.
Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Orders >> Order Listing >> click on the three dots under Action menu >> View >> Fulfillment Details >> Notify Courier.
Once the Admin notifies the courier about the order pickup, the same will be updated on the Seller side too.
If the Admin doesn't notify, the Seller can do the same from his end:
Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel >> Orders >> Order Listing >> Click on the three dots under Action menu >> View >> Fulfillment Details >> Notify Courier.
If notified, the Seller will get an option to fulfill the order in the Fulfillment Details section in place of the Notify Courier option.
Now, if the Seller clicks on Fulfill option, he can view the tracking number, shipping method and other details related to that order and then he needs to click on the Fulfill Items.
Once the order gets fulfilled, the Seller will get an option to generate a shipping label for that particular order.
Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel >> Orders >> Order Listing >> Select the fulfilled order >> Click on the three dots under the Action menu >> View >> Additional Order Details section >> Generate Shipping Label >> Print.
