Multivendor Marketplace for Shopify: E-Com Express Shipping Feature App

The Shopify Multivendor Marketplace E-Com Express Shipping feature app provides order fulfillment service for both the Admin and the Seller. With every order placement, the Seller can now directly fulfill the order from the backend using this featured app.

Mark: To use this featured app, you need to enable the free Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Shipping feature app. This feature app is only available for the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace PRO plan as it supports real-time carrier calculated shipping.

 

 

Configure Admin's End:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> Ecom Express Configuration >> Enter the Ecom User ID & Ecom Password >> Save.

To get the Ecom User ID & Password, you need to contact the Ecom Express.

Add Order Cancellation Reason:

Customers can choose any of the added reasons while canceling order and the Seller also needs to choose any of the reasons while canceling the order fulfillment from his end.

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> Cancel Reason Configuration >> Add Cancel Reason >> Enter reason name & enable the reason Status >> Save.

Added reasons can be managed later on:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel >> Configuration >> Cancel Reason Configuration >> Under Action menu, click on the three dots  >> View/ Edit/ Delete.

Configure Seller's End:

Shopify Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel >> Orders >> Order Listing >> Under Action menu, click on the three dots >> Click on View >> Fulfillment Details Section >> Fulfill/Cancel button >>

>> If order is cancelled >> Select a cancellation reason >> Customer will be notified about this via mail.

>> If order is fulfilled >> Order status changes to Fulfilled & Paid >> Fulfillment Details Section will now have two options >>

                     >> Edit Tracking >> Here, you can edit the tracking number & shipping method.

                     >> Enter Delivery Details >> Here, you will the number of fulfilled orders and you can set the Delivery Status as Delivered or not >> If marked Delivered >> Enter the Delivery Date >> Submit.
